By using Health Academy services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

1. Service Activation via Website
Customers can activate the Health Academy service by visiting the following URL: https://healthacademyza.com/
2. Activation Requirements
Customers who wish to activate the service through the above URL should have an active data pack and sufficient airtime balance to subscribe to the service.
3. Subscription Cost
This service subscription costs are: R6/day.
4. Service Deactivation
Customers who wish to deactivate the service can do so at any time by dialing *135*997#.
5. Language of Alerts
All service-related alerts and notifications will be provided in English.
6. Subscription Fees
Customers who activate the service will be charged a subscription fee of R6/day, as communicated at the time of service activation. Users agree to pay the subscription fee to access the service.
7. Automatic Renewal
The subscription will renew automatically every 24 hours at R6 per day until the user deactivates the service.
8. User Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that sufficient airtime is available for subscription charges. The service provider and the mobile network operator are not responsible for failed billing attempts due to insufficient balance.
9. Deactivation Requests
Users can deactivate the service at any time by using the USSD code provided above or by contacting Customer Support at info@healthacademyza.com.
Cancellation is free of charge. A confirmation SMS will be sent upon successful deactivation.
10. Deactivation via Website
The user can also deactivate the service by visiting the “My Account” section of the website.
11. Website Deactivation Process
To deactivate the service from the website, the customer should visit the “My Account” section, select the “Deactivate” option, and confirm. Upon successful deactivation, the customer will receive a confirmation SMS.
12. Deactivation via USSD
The user can also deactivate the service by dialing *135*997# from their phone and following the on-screen instructions.
13. Applicable Terms
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, users are also bound by the applicable mobile network operator’s terms and conditions.
14. Liability Disclaimer
Neither the service provider nor the mobile network operator shall be liable for service interruptions caused by technical issues beyond their reasonable control.
15. Amendments to Terms
The network provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its discretion. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication.
